Valentine’s Day Special | Keto Friendly Recipe
Those of you who live in Mumbai have definitely heard of and hopefully eaten at the Farmer’s Cafe in Bandra. If you haven’t experienced the fabulous food there, then I suggest you put it on top of your list and definitely give it a try. Since it is #Valentinesday, Minali (the #bossbabe behind #farmerscafemumbai) and I thought we should share a simple + healthy recipe that is delicious too.
I really hope you try making it, since if you stay outside Bombay city you may be missing out on some awesome food by Minali. This is a #ketofriendly recipe so if your partner is trying to stay fit, this is a great way to add to their diet without adding too many calories.
Keto Chocolate Almond Flour Brownie
200 Grams Almond Flour
1/3rd Cup Unsweetened Cacao Powder
250 Grams 85% Dark Chocolate
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4th Cup Butter
2 Large Eggs
2 Tbsp Stevia
1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Prepare the ingredients: Preheat the oven to 160’C. Grease a 9-by-9-inch baking pan.
Put that aside. Now whisk together Almond flour, Stevia and Cacao powder.
In a separate bowl, you’ll whisk together the melted butter and eggs. Pour that mixture over the dry ingredients along with the melted dark chocolate and fold them together. That goes into the buttered pan.
Scatter the top of the brownie with chopped Almonds.
Bake the brownies for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
