What if a product is out of stock?

The brands we partner with are small businesses who believe in mindful production therefore, their products are either made to order or made in small batches. This ensures superior quality and minimal wastage during production. In case a product you love is out of stock please email us at ‘customercare@acharmedlife.in' and we will do our best to make the product available for you.

 

How do I find the right size?

Each product has it's own reference size mentioned on the product page, please refer to that. If you are still unsure, you can email us at ‘customercare@acharmedlife.in' or alternatively call on +91 9820992877 to clarify your size.

What is the best way to care for my purchase?

Clothing : Each garment has care instructions mentioned for you to follow. Please read and follow to ensure you can enjoy the them longer. The styles curated by us and made by our partners are classic, evergreen and will always make you feel special. 

Toys and other products : Like with clothes, each product has the specific care instructions mentioned in the description. Please follow them to ensure you can use the product longer. 
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Mumbai, India. International orders are shipped using FedEx and Aramax courier services. Customs and import duties may be levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. However, due to the pandemic, we are currently not offering worldwide shipping via the website. Please email us at customercare@acharmedlife.in to know more if you are residing outside India and want us to ship a particular order to you.
How do I pay for my international order?
International orders can be paid for via PayPal. Our website offers this as a payment option for both domestic as well as international shoppers. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. Our Whatsapp number is +91-9820992877, feel free to reach out to us if you have a query.
What is your exchange/return policy?
At this point due to the pandemic, a lot of our brands are not accepting returns keeping everybody’s safety in mind. Please read the refund policy for each product before buying the product. 
In case the brand does accept returns, please intimidate us within 3 days of receiving the product. Once we have been intimated, we accept returns within 10 days provided your purchase hasn’t been used, washed or worn. All tags to be intact and the product is to be returned in all its original packaging. However, in the event that your order is incorrect or damaged during transit, kindly write to us at customercare@acharmedlife.in. A Charmed Life holds the right to not accept returns that have been worn or damaged. In the event we are unable to accept the return, you will be intimated of the same and the product will be shipped back to you.
Please shop mindfully, every order cancelled, returned or refunded impacts all of us and our planet. 
Can I get a refund against a returned product?
We issue store credit for the products returned. Store credit is valid for a period of 1 year.
Do you offer express shipping?
In case you desire to use express shipping, please mail us on customercare@acharmedlife.in to enquire about additional charges to your city. Of course, some products are ready and in stock and can be shipped overnight, some others need to be made to order and will take time to make and then be shipped via express shipping.
How can I change my shipping address?
Write to us at customercare@acharmedlife.in with “ORDER NUMBER #, ADDRESS CHANGE “ in the subject of the email within 24 hours of placing your order to modify your shipping address.
