Shipping & Returns
i. From time to time we open up COD options. Prepaid payment option for shopping on our website and social media is always available. COD is available on orders under Rs 999 and for limited pin codes only.
ii There is a small shipping fee based on the volumetric weight and natures of the product in India and Internationally. For International shipping the fee is a function of the shipping address, nature of the product and volumetric weight. For India it is a standard fee based only on the volumetric weight. For COD we charge a flat Rs 100 extra on shipping fee.
iii. For India: merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 7-15 days after the order is confirmed, unless the product is made to order in which case the product will be dispatched once it is ready - tentative date will be communicated at the time of confirming the order. Made to order products will be only shipped on prepayment and no COD facility is available for them.
Order confirmation may take up to 42 working hours . Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order. Or feel free to contact us on 9820992877 between 11 am and 6 pm on Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.
For International orders: merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 10-18 days after the order is confirmed, unless the product is made to order in which case the product will be dispatched once it is ready - tentative date will be communicated at the time of confirming the order.
Order confirmation may take up to 42 working hours. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order. If an item you ordered is sold out, we will initiate a refund and that can take upto 15 working days to reflect. Most items ship directly from the vendor and hence you should anticipate multiple packages for your multi item/ multi vendor orders.
The process involves a few different people - designers, delivery teams and border controls - owing to this, there may be anomalies in delivery times but we will endeavour to keep these to a minimum. We only use reliable shipping partners for both domestic and international shipping.
iv. If you have loved and purchased products from multiple designers, these products will reach you at different times (within India) as designers send you the products directly i.e. your total order will reach you in instalments. If it is an international order, we will have it all shipped together.
v. Our delivery teams will attempt to deliver your purchase two times over a period of four business days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to the designer. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment. We DONOT issue a refund in such a case.
vi. All deliveries require the named person’s signature, so please ensure you’re available at your selected delivery address.
vii. Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, however we will communicate the status to you at all times. Delays due to designers production capacities will be captured at the outset and communicated to you at the time of order confirmation - you may reserve the rights to accept or cancel the order.
viii. Should we fail to deliver products due to unavailability, poor product quality, inventory or other internal issues, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
However please be kind, we are all working keeping the safety of our staff and you and with reduced capacities.
ix. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless there is a delay from our end or an incorrect product is sent to the client. In such a case we offer you a choice of full refund or store credit. Personalised products cannot be cancelled or refunded.
x. For all international deliveries, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer if applicable.
Currently, all deliveries will be impacted and will be delayed due to the pandemic and lockdown in various parts of India and internationally. We will also be accepting only prepaid orders for the time being keeping everybody's safety in mind. We may revise our policy in the future.
- Please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to redirect the orders once they are dispatched to you.
All products will go through a thorough quality check at our end before being shipped out to ensure you get the right product and of the best quality. However as with all handmade items, there maybe small differences when it comes to the final product in terms of colour, finish and feel.
ACL insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ACL and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
- Should we fail to deliver products due to unavailability, poor product quality, inventory or other internal issues, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
Some of our products and Toys contain small parts. They may not be suitable for children under 3 years. Injury often results when a toy is misused or used by children who are too young for that particular toy.
When selecting toys for your child, consider the following recommendations:
- Choose toys that are age-appropriate and meet your child's skill level and interest by reading the toy's labelling.
-Make sure toys are used in safe environments, such as keeping a riding toy away from stairs.
-Supervise and be involved in your child's play. Supervising your child's play, in addition to following the recommendations made by toy manufactures, could save lives.
-Store toys intended for older children separately from toys used by younger children.
-Check toys regularly for damage and other hazards.
Please reject a parcel if received in an open or tampered condition. Any claims will ONLY be honoured or reviewed with relevant unboxing videos proving missing/ damaged/ incorrect products.
